We are seeking high energy, talented Professional and Technical (IT and Engineering) Recruiters who want to work from home, in a virtual office.

Our current team includes over 260 Virtual Recruiters nationwide; due to our continued success as a high-volume, fast ramp up staffing model within Spherion, we are growing and need more Recruiters.
The Recruiter, working virtually from their home office, will be assigned to a project with responsibilities to source and identify candidates to fulfill client requirements (either internal or external Spherion domestic clients). The projects may vary, based on the client such as call center staffing projects, medical, retail, insurance, banking, or technology projects.
Although Virtual, the Talent Answer team has been recognized for their strong emphasis on communication between team members. There is an “open door” policy and a strong support system comprised of managers, mentors and peers available to assist you with questions or challenges.

Qualified and successful candidates must possess:
o Minimum of 5 years recruitment experience in a diverse high-volume environment
o 2 years professional or technical recruiting experience
o Familiar with a variety of sourcing vehicles (job boards, community groups, traditional recruitment methods)
o Due to the complexity of the position superior verbal and written communication skills are required.
o Proven organizational, collaboration, strategic, creative thinking and analytical skills
o Must have a designated home office set up
o Must be self motivated and flexible
o Must possess an extreme sense of urgency
o Excellent time management and problem solving skills
o Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
